1. Platform Nature

MatchedNeeds acts as a platform to connect users (“Clients”) with independent service providers (“Vendors”) such as photographers, makeup artists, etc. We are not a service provider ourselves and do not provide the actual services listed.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Vendors. Any contract for services is directly between the Client and the Vendor.

2. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the request process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information, if applicable.
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• Not use the Service to solicit Vendors for employment outside the context of the specific service request without our prior consent.

3. Service Providers (Vendors)

Vendors listed on our platform are independent contractors and not employees of MatchedNeeds. We perform basic verification checks but do not endorse or guarantee the conduct or performance of any Vendor.

Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before hiring any Vendor.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MatchedNeeds, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MatchedNeeds and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by MatchedNeeds.

MatchedNeeds has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
